Alabama Premier Network (APN) is an affiliation between North Alabama Managed Care Inc. (NAMCI) and Health Choice of Alabama that was established in 2006 to provide seamless statewide coverage for Alabama.  APN is a provider sponsored, cost effective Preferred Provider Organization with a combined 55 years of network experience.

Our goal is to partner with dedicated, local providers to deliver a broad network, easy access to care, and documented cost savings to members, employers, and insurance plans. APN participates in quality care partnerships that evaluate best practice programs and resources to increase awareness of health, diagnostic screening tools, and hospitals focused on meeting the needs of the communities they serve.

APN’s select network of Health Care Providers includes Primary Care Physicians, Specialty Physicians and Hospitals as well as a wide range of Ancillary Providers. These include Radiologists, Oncologists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Physical Therapy and Radiology facilities, Home Health Care Agencies, Durable Medical Equipment Providers, Mental Health Providers, Chemical Dependency Recovery Facilities, Psychiatric Hospitals and Kidney Dialysis Centers.

We also provide Credentialing and Re-pricing services and offer an optional Dental Network.
